COCO ROCHA FOR CAMBODIA

Coco Rocha may have been a tad bit absent from the catwalk this season, but she definitely hasn’t been relaxing on the couch. The supermodel prodigy has been busy crafting a line of jewelry for Senhoa.org that ranges from $65-$995 that benefits victims of human trafficking attacks in Cambodia. Shot in that amazing cinemagraph form by friend of WeTheUrban, Jamie Beck (who is also featured in the latest edition of WeTheUrban Magazine), the line consists of bracelets, earrings, and dazzling Swarovski necklaces. Perfection!

This stuff is unreal in how well it works. However, you look like an insane person when you have this magical drying potion on your face. Imagine, for a moment, that you are at summer camp and have bug bites all over your face and you’ve covered them with calamine lotion… this is how you look when you dot this on your blemishes (and yes, calamine is actually an active ingredient).  So if you hate pimples, buy this lotion. If you love your significant other and want them to remain physically attracted to you… well, only use this when they’re out of town. Trust me. I was reading about the Ace Hotel collaboration with InCase (what’s up with the Ace and tech stuff lately?), and I realized that although I loved the design, I didn’t love the giant ACE HOTEL stamp on the front. So I decided to see what other cases InCase had in their collection recently, and came across another collaboration… with APC.  Now, I love APC, and I love my iPad 2. But do I love my iPad 2 enough for a $225 iPad case? Me thinks not. But I will continue to drool over it anyway. (via APC Book Jacket Select for iPad 2 by Incase)

I’m working as an occasional guest host on a new site called Joyus, where I’ll be highlighting some of my favorite geeky and fashion-oriented items. On my first video, I’m showing off this awesome pair of lockets from designer Emily Rothschild. With 2GB of memory in this locket, it’s a much better way to save memories than just a tiny photo!
